Our hosting partner - Positive-Internet, performed an upgrade on part of our infrastructure over the weekend preceding the issue, initially no problems were detected.
The problem only became apparent once the traffic increased on the morning of the 12th. The update

was reverted and

we actioned this at another date. This upgrade is now completed.
