Looking at fundamental changes to the Retake reviewReview/BiL Process. We will move the locking down away from the RR, to the BiL part of the process. For elements that are booked, but not yet taken we believe the best way to manage this would be to cancel these bookings.

Question to our customers:-

Should an element with an unsubmitted result be cancelled?

  • Potentially show a warning - any bookings without results will be cancelled

  • Option to not cancel bookings when approving the RR → BiL, so that they can stay, with all of the caveats that comes with
