When a fail result is pulled back from epaPRO Assess into epaPRO, it will only be able to pull the grades e.g. Pass, Fail, Merit, Distinction as the risr/ platform has no concept of the Next Actions “Next Actions” that are manually applied in epaPRO e.g. Resit, Retake or Failed.
This means that a Fail result will appear in epaPRO as Fail → Next Action → Failed.
Therefore all It is possible to modify the Next Action within the side draw, either before or after the result is published (Qa’d or not).
It may be that you want to ensure you check these manually and so all of the MCQ/Knowledge Tests that are being used with epaPRO Assess will need the Assessment Components can be set to 100% QA, so that these can be amended manually to the appropriate Next Action i.e. Next Action → Resit, enter the earliest date of the resit, prior to the result being QA’d.
