My ToDo’s
We have added a new actions screen, that provides a way for users to see all of their existing actions and filter and search them. The screen also lists any custom tasks that have been created by the user, in a clear visual display.
Users have the option to create a task using the “Add custom task” button in the screen header.
Note that Actions cannot be edited as a Task can, they are the same as the Actions that you can also view under the option top right of your screen, so are either “to do” or “done”. It is just we have brought them all into one place in the My To-Dos screen.

We have added paused information to the Todo’s screen for actions that have been paused to mirror the information given in the notification area.
Changes to Functionality
Todo’s (actions) that have been paused will now show the paused icon. Hovering over this will allow the user to see why the action has been paused.
As part of this work we have also added a filter to allow the user to filter between Todo’s that have been paused and those that haven’t. The default view for Todo’s is to show those that have not been paused.

The due date for new actions that are raised during the day, will be filled in by an automated overnight cron that runs at 2:30AM daily. This due date will show as ‘Calculating’ until the date is calculated. Where no SLA is attached to an action, the due date will be displayed as ‘Unknown’.
