When a fail result is pulled back from epaPRO Assess into epaPRO, it will only be able to pull the grades e.g. Pass, Fail, Merit, Distinction as the risr/ platform has no concept of the Next Actions that are manually applied in epaPRO.
This means that a Fail result will appear in epaPRO as Fail → Next Action → Failed.
Therefore all MCQ/Knowledge Tests that are being used with epaPRO Assess will need the Assessment Components set to 100% QA, so that these can be amended manually to the appropriate Next Action i.e. Next Action → Resit, enter the earliest date of the resit, prior to the result being QA’d.
