We are adjusting how the expected completion date for apprentices is calculated, introducing new permissions to control this, and creating a new report to forecast when apprentices may complete.

We are extending the functionality of the Assessment Centres to allow the ability to book and manage capacity

We are introducing functionality to allow the creation of tasks that can be assigned to another user. As well as the ability to categorise and filter notes so they can be sorted by date, importance and category.

We will be amending across the system how Standards are grouped and instead group them by their ST code. We will update the shared Standard and QA Standard filters, to group these by Standard/ST Code, without the version.

The plan for this work is to add a secure image upload area so images can be included in news items

We are going to update the provider/employer standards to allow the selection of a proctoring service

Create a two-step process of publishing the results, with a Submission step.

Creation of a mandatory Ofqual Reasonable Adjustments drop down list, where applicable. This ties into the Custom Drop Downs screen that we have recently added.

Aim to implement various changes and improvements to the ESFA Submission screen, as well as adding storing and reporting on failures, when these were submitted and by whom.

Improve visibility of the type of assessment with use of labels to highlight these as with the new Assessment Plan screen

Rewrite of Contracts, with addition of a base contract for Providers where a contract is not yet set up, this will utilise the base contract and the prices set therein. This base contract can also used as a template, by which other contracts are set up from.

Currently QA sampling is based on Component. We will look to develop a further option to QA by Apprentice.

Both options will be available to Users
