Use of demo videos for each new large item in the release

This would be uploaded to the knowledgebase, linked to the “Coming Soon, Release Notes and UAT Release documents, followed by discussion on their usual regular meeting with the customer success team.

What sort of timeframe are you expecting these statistics for e.g. daily/weekly/monthly/annual based stats?

Suggested Areas

These are a few possible suggestions throughout the workflow, these are merely suggestions though, we understand this is very business dependant and we may need to create a feedback form and send to key personnel.

  • Registration - Numbers enrolled at GW

  • Gateway -Totals Awaiting/Pending/Rejected

  • SLA’S:-

    • GW submitted → GW Approved

    • Element scheduled → result published

  • Planning Meetings - Totals Rejected/Pending

  • Allocations - Totals Pending/Rejected

  • Assessment Bookings - Those that need resit/retakes, effectively the totals from new screen displayed via a widget.

  • Reasonable Adjustments → Totals Pending

  • Appeals → Totals Awaiting Response

  • Days over epa - apprentices about to go over.

  • QA’s - Outstanding Tasks, Overdue QA’s

  • Resulting → Overdue Results

  • ESFA → Rejected

  • Contracts - about to end

  • Assessment Schema → Review & Ending

We will ask on the meeting who you think would be the best person to feedback on these stats, so that we can pass on the feedback to them too. Alternatively you can forward this agenda and meeting invite so that they can attend.

Back Into Learning

Related to SD-10107

Do customers have a preference when clicking on the Back Into Learning screen, which page it opens by default - currently this is Retake Review, but we have been asked to amend this to show BiL instead?

Ofqual Reasonable Adjustments

feedback on the last UAT demo for 5.26.0 was around the system list of Reasonable adjustments not matching IfATE’s list https://www.instituteforapprenticeships.org/quality/end-point-assessment-reasonable-adjustments-guidance/ the original work was done based on a request from Ofqual for data for reporting - based on their ArrangementType, they listed the following would be accepted in the report:-

To indicate the type of arrangement applied for.

The following values will be accepted:

  • 25% extra time

  • Bilingual dictionary with 10% extra time

  • Coloured/enlarged paper

  • Computer reader / reader

  • Extra time over 25%

  • Practical assistant

  • Scribe/speech recognition technology

  • Other

It is this system list for the Reasonable Adjustments that EPAO’s have an issue with as it doesn't match what IfATE outlines.

Other point for Discussion

Should an EPA that has previously been assigned to an element, where a previous result now exists, be able to view the apprentice in Assessment Progress once it is assigned to a new epa?
