The Record of Achievement allows you to upload a branded template PDF file which includes Fillable Form Fields, these then can include the following fields within field variables in the template, these will then be populated when the ROA is created from an apprentice.
In order to edit the fillable form fields on a PDF template, you will need to use some proprietary software such as Adobe Acrobat DC.
There are also free online PDF editing tools that you can use as well or some that offer free trials before charging you.
