• We have had a request for making the Mentor field name mandatory for apprentice registration based on P77.2 in 2223_Provider_Rules_Version_2_Final_Updated180122.pdf (publishing.service.gov.uk) (SD-7407) - how much of an issue would this be?

• We have had a request couple of requests around potential changes to the Back into Learning process:-

    which would be to allow Providers to withdraw an apprentice when they are suspended or BiL, as this is a change from the agreed process we would like to discuss with the group

  • Issues with Retake Review as the process prevents by design, other components being QA’d/processed.

• On the Assessment Results- what are you using the Apprentice Feedback/EPA Feedback/EPA Next Step fields for and if we replaced these, what would you need?

• Discuss issues around QA logic, for example EPAM assigned as Element EPA, no results added but unable to QA - currently this is blocked in the logic. (SD-7460, SD-7416, SD-7507)

• Discuss the use of the terminology and use of “Void” as an option within GradingClarify the terminology around use of “Void” within grading.

• Discuss requirements and improvements which would be useful for CPD
