The Record of Achievement allows you to upload a branded template PDF file which can include the following fields within the template, these will then be populated when the ROA is created from an apprentice.
In order to edit the fillable form fields on a PDF template, you need to use some proprietary software such as Adobe Acrobat DC. There are free online PDF editing tools that you can use as well.
