epaPRO has an integration with Aptem https://www.aptem.co.uk/ that will enable Aptem to register the apprentice with epaPRO and ensure that the learner information is kept up-to-date, including all change of circumstances.
Aptem can register apprentices automatically via the integration, the data is sent into epaPRO, likewise if an apprentice is registered in epaPRO, where the Aptem integration is enabled for that Provider, the data is sent through to Aptem, allowing the two systems to remain in sync.
How do we get this enabled?
If a Provider requests this of their EPAO, please Raise a Support request on behalf of that Provider, requesting their:-
Client ID
Client Secret
Please include the Providers Name
This data is sensitive and should be kept securely and sent to your provider.

Learner data flows only from Aptem to Pro
If the following actions are created in Aptem, they will pull through into epaPRO
Registering a learner
Completing a change of circumstances
Updating a learner’s record i.e.,
Personal details
Tutor
Manager
Employer
Programme Dates (Start & End)
Standard
Upon setting up the integration it will try to match records in epaPRO with those in Aptem (this may not work if there is a discrepancy in the data)
If there is an update to the Apprentice Details these will not be reflected in Aptem, other than those mentioned above.
The following will be pulled back into Aptem MIS via the integration from epaPRO
