Notice to customers regarding intermittent email delivery issues

We are aware of an issue causing intermittent delivery of emails, to email addresses that are hosted with Microsoft.

The issue is currently resolving, the problem arose following a large volume of emails that were trying to be delivered within a short time frame. A high percentage of these were Microsoft managed addresses, because of this, they blocked the messages. Our system is set up to retry every X minutes, then Y minutes, the period of time getting steadily larger (to avoid another block).

These messages are now queued and being delivered as the queue processes them.
