Notice: epaPRO 500 Server error 16-04-25

Our monitoring systems alerted us to an issue this morning around 08:40 which caused an epaPRO to show post login a 500 server error.

We logged a ticket with our service providers shortly after this and spoke to their engineers.

Customer instances all came back up around 08:59-09:00

Our investigations found that this error was caused by an issue which caused the file system (NFS) to drop.

Our Teams worked quickly to identify the cause, to minimise customer impact and we will continue our internal investigations to ensure no further disruption and to monitor the situation closely.

We will also be looking at additional monitoring with our service provider, which should allow us to identify any similar issues as soon as is possible.
