Our monitoring systems have alerted us to some issues this morning arising at around 08:40, this was resolved at around 09:00am today.
Our investigations found that this error was caused by an issue which caused the file system (NFS) to drop.
Our Teams worked quickly to identify the cause, to minimise customer impact and we will continue our internal investigations to ensure no further disruption.
We will also be looking at additional monitoring with our service provider, which should allow us to identify any similar issues as soon as is possible.
There was an issue from from approx. 14:50 that was impacting some of our customers from being able to load epaPRO, or made the site is slow to load, a reoccurrence of this issue occurred on the issue should now be fixed as per the above announcement.

Planned Maintenance
