User Group Review Agenda 09/09/21

Agenda

The Agenda for the User Group:

• Back into Learning v Appeals: We will discuss the importance of each feature and understand from the UserGroup what they wish to view first.

• Provider Driven Booking: We will look into Provider tools and bookings, for example look into more features to assist the Provider.

• Contracts

• Screen Rewrites: We are looking into re-writing screens for Assessment Plan/Calendar, Gateway and Apprentice Screens

• File Storage/Structured File Uploads: We are planning to create a file upload area where you can upload multiple files. This will be dependent on permissions

• Zoom vs Vidyo: We discuss the advantages of each system and how we plan to incorporate this with EPA Pro and get customer feedback.

• Future EPA Pro Development: We want to add a ‘Add result screen’, looking into creating an app that works on android and apple

• I.D Checks – We are looking into working with a system that will ensure the ID check is complete before the apprentice takes the assessment.
