EP-4953 | BUG | Outcome Release - automatic outcome release sometimes fails | OverviewFixes an issue that sometimes causes automatic outcome release to not trigger. Changes to FunctionalityInternal changes have been made to the QA publishing process to prevent the automatic outcome release of a certification/result failing (if configured at provider level), requiring it to be released manually. Due to the intermittent nature of this issue, we recommend testing the auto release process of both results and certifications, with the setting both enabled & disabled. This could also affect the completion of actions and SLAs, meaning these sections of the system should be similarly checked. Impacted Areas
