AO API Queue - Provider Users Encountering bug when Change of Circumstancing an apprentice via the API

Overview

Fixes a bug for the AO API queue for provider users creating or updating apprentices or processing an apprentice change of circumstance.

Changes to Functionality

Any provider user creating or updating apprentices, or processing an apprentice change of circumstance via the API will have encountered an error, post go live of 5.33.0 (From 5pm onwards on Apr 8, 2025 ) - this ticket resolves that issue.


As of release 5.33.0, any apprentices that were created or updated via the API as a provider user, will not have had the event written to the AO API queue.

In addition, any Change of Circumstances that were created via the API as a provider user, will have completely failed and as such will not exist within epaPRO.
