What is the epaPRO Sandbox?

We provide a shared environment for our EPAO users to test certain development at a “Pre-UAT” stage. This allows you to review work and feedback to us prior to the development being finalised. It also will give you the option to plan any future training that may be needed in regard to the development or to invite users from across your business to test as it falls within their remit.
This shared environment allows all of our customers access to one location, so please do not enter any private/personal data into the site, instead use fictitious details.
How do I get access to it?
Access to this sandbox is by request, although we have contacted all epaPRO Owner users where applicable, to set them up, if you are unable to access it please do get in touch by raising a support request and we will assist you.
The URL for this account is https://sandbox.epapro.co.uk/login users will be required to enter a user name and password that is configured on the sandbox. Your usual production logins will not work.
How do I know when there is something to test?
When we do have a piece of work that we are loading to the Sandbox environment, we send an email to a prescribed list of users, with a request to test the work and providing a guide as an attachment.
Feedback on the work, whether it be a question or an issue, can be done by raising a Sandbox Feedback support ticket - Click here to raise a Sandbox Feedback ticket
Note - emails are not enabled on this shared environment and so the option to reset a forgotten password is not available so please raise a support request and specify the User name and sandbox if you need help with this.
