    Questions for User Group

    1. We have had a number of requests around archiving off apprentice data when they are finished to prevent for example their EPAs accessing files.

    • Is it all files or specific ones?

    • Need to consider when it would happen - what is the trigger

    • Reporting?


    1. Visibility of Apprentices results in the Apprentice Dashboard. https://covalenttech.atlassian.net/jira/servicedesk/projects/SD/queues/custom/7/SD-9348 & https://covalenttech.atlassian.net/browse/SD-9251 We have differing opinions on whether apprentices should be able to retrieve their results on the dashboard or not.

    Would having the ability to maybe enable this on a per provider basis - or as an overarching setting on the main global config be useful?


    1. We would like to discuss what appears to be changes to the most recent revisions to assessment plans from IfATE (SD-9665). It is now stating it is no longer the EPA but the employer agreeing on a timescale.

    2. Late Addition - Past Programme Reports - do customers have issues with providers registering apprentices onto new programmes early, before the previous programme is completed? If so how are you managing these? Would having a set of reports with more detail on for an apprentices past programme be of benefit?
