Please note: the allow list is based on the file MIME type, not the file extension. There may be cases where although your file is of a type in the list above, it may still be excluded from the list above as it has a different MIME type format.

Also, please note, that due to the security issues involved, we will not be allowing the upload of emails. These will not be added to the allow list as there is a potential chance of viruses being attached to the file.
EP-1718BugAllowing a location to be added for both Physical and Online component bookingsExtending the location on assessment bookings so that it can be set for online bookings as well as physical bookings.
EP-1717StoryQA Extension - EPA uploads and commentsThe QA process has been extended to allow both parties (the QA user and the Assessor user) to update an 'in progress' QA in order to have a feedback loop between them.

Once a QA has been started but not published a notification will be sent to the assessor user of that element/certification to inform them that the QA has been updated and may required their attention. They can view these details and update them via the respective screens (assessment progress for elements and certification for certification) where there will be an 'Update QA' button available.
The assessor will be able to upload documents to form a history between them and the QA, as well as add their own comments. They are not able to delete files after saving to preserve the history.

Once updated by the assessor the QA user will also be sent a notification to inform them that the QA has been updated. The QA user is then also able to add their own comments and add file uploads as normal. They however do have the ability to delete uploads where required. This continues until the QA user publishes the QA and thus the result.

Please note that as part of this work the system roles for EPA and EPA Manager have each been granted the 'Update QA' permission by default so that they can participate in this process. Please take this into account if you are currently using custom roles. This permission does not grant them access to the QA screen.

EP-1572BugAdd a confirmation when submitting a gatewayAdd a confirmation popup when a provider submits a gateway. The popup states that confirming will charge the provider.
EP-1523StoryAdd a pending/rejected stage to the gateway processThe gateway flow for new gateway submissions has been adjusted. When a provider submits a gateway it will not be automatically approved. Now it'll be marked as pending and not be submitted. The AO will then receive a notification that the gateway has been submitted for review.

An AO user can then choose to approve the gateway, this will continue what the previous gateway did and complete the submission. The submitted date will use the time the approve button was clicked.

An AO user can also reject a gateway, this will mark the gateway as rejected and allow for a reason and additional comment to be specific. Providers will be able to see this reason and then edit and resubmit the gateway where this process repeats. A history of rejections can be viewed by any relevant users. The provider users will also receive a notification when a gateway is rejected.
EP-1468StoryQA Screen - New FiltersAdded Standard, Specialism, Provider, and Employer filters to the QA screen to bring it into line with other screens
EP-1466StoryQA Screen Rewrite and extensionThe QA screen has been rewritten to improve performance & ease of use.

EPAs are now able to upload files & input comments into a separate box when accessing a QA for one of their elements, allowing them to reply to QA feedback. A audit trail is now visible in the uploads section to help maintain a version history for documents. To access this limited QA update functionality, EPAs will be given update QA permissions.

In addition, notifications will now be sent in the following scenerios;
* QA created - a notification is sent to the element EPA.
* QA updated by the EPA - a notification is sent to the QA.
* QA updated by the QA - a notification is sent to the element EPA.

Clicking on these notifications will take the user to the corresponding screen to review the feedback & reply if necessary.
